Bluegrass Control Solutions was founded in 2024 by Ryan LeGaspi and is based in Louisville, Kentucky.

Ryan has over 25 years of experience in the building automation and controls business. His experience began at the age of 15 with a family-owned controls business in Southern California. Working in the panel shop during high school and traveling to job sites with his father on the weekends, he became fascinated with building technology at a young age. It was in this role where Ryan established a foundational work ethic and commitment to quality.

 

After graduating high school, Ryan enlisted in the U.S. Air Force where he served as a C-130 crew chief until 2003. Upon returning home, he continued to work for the family business until 2007 when moved to Louisville, Kentucky. Over the next 17 years, Ryan worked for Johnson Controls and Schneider Electric in many roles, from technician, to project manager, sales and sales management.
